Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 16 February 2026 in relation to the Proposed Collaboration.

 

The Board wishes to announce that the Company has secured TGSB's grant of an extension of the period for the fulfilment of the conditions precedent under the SSHA to 15 October 2026, to allow additional time for both Parties to fulfil the Conditions Precedent under the SSHA.
