Mr Lim Ee-Hou is a Singaporean leader with nearly 30 years of international experience in digital security and payments, spanning smart cards, EMV systems, NFC, mobile payments, and secure credentials across Asia-Pacific and Europe. A technical pioneer, he possesses deep expertise in smart card operating systems, secure elements, cryptography, and tamper-resistance-the core technologies behind credit cards, e-passports, and SIM cards worldwide. He holds a BSc in Computational Science & Applied Mathematics from the National University of Singapore (2000).

He began his career as a Technical Consultant at Gemplus Singapore (2000-2001), focusing on chip personalisation software and pre-sales. He then joined Giesecke & Devrient (G&D) for 15 years, rising through senior roles. As Senior Product/Project Manager at G&D Asia (2002-2007), he led EMV migration across Southeast Asia and managed the world's first EMV contactless Visa/Mastercard project in Malaysia (2004). After consulting roles in China and Germany, he became Regional Manager for Hong Kong/Macau (2011-2012), overseeing chip-card businesses in payment and industrial sectors.

From 2013 to 2015, as Head of Business Line, APAC, Financial Institution at G&D Asia, he held full P&L responsibility for the FI unit across multiple Asian markets and served on both APAC and Global Management Teams. He later served as Director at Infortified Pte Ltd (2015-2018) and then as CTO and Group Vice President at XH Smart Tech (China) (2019-2024), leading product and technology development in smart card OS, secure elements, and Java Card applications.

Since February 2025, Mr Lim has been CEO of IF Security and Solution Pte Ltd (IFSS), a member of IF Group which he founded to integrate payments, digital identity, and sustainability. His expertise spans payment systems, EMV, NFC, mobile payments, PKI, identity management, PCI DSS, security, product/project management, business development, and strategic partnerships.
