Reference is made to IRIS Corporation Berhad ("ICB")'s earlier announcements dated 8 December 2023, 12 December 2023 and 9 September 2025, and IRIS Group Berhad ("Company")'s earlier announcement dated 25 May 2026, 3 June 2026, 24 June 2026 and 10 July 2026 in relation to the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim. Unless otherwise defined, the terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the earlier announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that, during the case management held on 22 July 2026, the High Court had rescheduled the hearing of the Stay Application from 24 September 2026 to 1 September 2026. The High Court had also granted IITS' application for an ad interim stay of execution and enforcement of the judgment until the hearing of the Stay Application on 1 September 2026.

The Company will announce the development of the matter accordingly.
