We refer to the announcement dated 27 February 2026, 18 May 2026, 21 May 2026, 12 June 2026 and 1 July 2026 in relation to the 7th DRP. The term used herein shall, unless the context otherwise states, have the same meaning as those defined in the previous announcements, where applicable.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH is pleased to announce that based on the valid Dividend Reinvestment Forms received by the Share Registrar, Manulife will be issuing 7,707,780 New Shares pursuant to the 7th DRP. The New Shares to be issued represent approximately 75.06% of the number of 10,268,400 New Shares that would have been issued pursuant to the 7th DRP had all the entitled shareholders of Manulife elected to reinvest the electable portion of their 2025 First and Final Dividend into New Shares.
