For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the announcements unless otherwise defined herein.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Court has directed that the Originating Summons be converted into a Writ. The Plaintiffs, Lim Aik Gee and Lim Wai Keong, are to file the Statement of Claim on or before 4 August 2026, which is next case management date, via ereview.
