We refer to the announcements dated 12 June 2026, 29 June 2026 and 6 July 2026 ("Announcements").

On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the Company had on 10 July 2026 submitted an application to Bursa Securities to seek for an extension of time to issue the circular to its shareholders in relation to the Proposed ESOS i.e. by 30 July 2026 ("Extension of Time") to comply with Rule 9.32(1)(b) of the Listing Requirements. Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 20 July 2026 (which was received on 21 July 2026), resolved to grant THMY the Extension of Time.
