PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF KANGER ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 18 August 2025, 4 September 2025, 17 September 2025, 22 September 2025, 6 March 2026, 12 March 2026, 8 July 2026 and 20 July 2026 in relation to the Private Placement.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that 92,720,863 Placement Shares issued pursuant to the Private Placement were listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 21 July 2026, which marks the completion of the Private Placement.
