The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.

 

Reference is made to the approval obtained from the shareholders of PHB for the ESOS at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 13 April 2026.

 

On behalf of the Board of Directors of PHB, UOBKH wishes to announce that the effective date for the implementation of the ESOS is 20 July 2026, being the date on which the Company is in full compliance with Rule 6.44(1) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
