2) The last date of lodgment : 03 Aug 2026

Remarks :

The Warrants will be credited into the entitled warrant holders' central depository system account and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled warrant holders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of the Company prior to the listing and quotation of the Warrants. Entitled warrant holders are not required to take any action.

The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within 2 market days after submission of the quotation application to Bursa Securities.
