-	Sale and Purchase Agreement entered into between Chin Hin Property (KL) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Tebrau Land Sdn Bhd) with Trident Treasure Sdn Bhd

Reference is made to the announcement made on 26 November 2025 in relation to the conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") entered into with Trident Treasure Sdn Bhd ("TTSB") ("Announcement").

 

Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.

 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Proposed Acquisition has been completed on 17 July 2026, following the full and final settlement of the Purchase Price for the Lands to TTSB's Solicitors pursuant to the SPA.
