| Working experience and occupation | Mr Low began his career in 1997 and has since accumulated more than 20 years of extensive experience in the fields of accounting, financial reporting, financial forecasting and corporate exercises. Prior to joining SkyWorld Development Berhad in 2017, he held several senior leadership roles in established property development companies. Subsequently, he ascended to senior management positions including General Manager, Senior General Manager and Head of Finance since January 2021 in SkyWorld Development Berhad. He played a pivotal role in leading SkyWorld Development Berhad to its successful public listing in July 2023. He is currently leading the Group's accounting, taxation, financial management, corporate finance and investor relations functions. In addition, he oversees talent development, risk management, company secretarial and legal affairs. His strong foundation in corporate finance, strategic planning and regulatory compliance underpins the Group's financial discipline, sustained growth trajectory and aligned with long-term shareholder value creation. |
