Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 25 May 2026, 28 May 2026, 3 June 2026, 18 June 2026 and 2 July 2026 ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Company's Announcement.

 

The Company wishes to announce the following:-

 

a. The Company had on 2 July 2026 received a letter dated 1 July 2026 from the Defendant that the Defendant had withdrawn the Notice of Termination dated 26 February 2026; and

b. The Company has filed for a Notice of Discontinuance dated 16 July 2026 in the Sessions Court to discontinue the Originating Summons No. WA-A54-112-05/2026 without admission of liability by the Defendant and without any order as to costs.

 

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are any material further developments.
