Reference is made to the announcement made on 23 September 2025 in relation to the conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") entered into with Miroad Rubber Industries Sdn Bhd ("MRISB") ("Announcement").

Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that CHGP and MRISB have agreed to extend the Conditional Period of the SPA, which expired on 30 June 2026, by a further three (3) months to 30 September 2026 to allow additional time for the fulfilment of the Conditions Precedent under the SPA.
