Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad ("AMH") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, MEASAT Broadcast Network Systems Sdn Bhd ("MBNS"), has on 17 July 2026, entered into a conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA" or "Agreement") with AIMS Central Sdn Bhd ("AIMS" or "Purchaser") for the disposal of a piece of commercial land together with a six-storey technical building and ancillary buildings erected thereon bearing property address Lot 10032, Jalan Teknokrat 1/2, Cyberjaya, 63000 Cyberjaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan held under H.S. (D) 34194, No. PT 12002, Mukim Dengkil, Daerah of Sepang, State of Selangor having an approximate land area of 18,267 sq. m (the "Property")  for a total cash consideration of RM92 million ("Disposal Consideration") (hereinafter referred to as the "Disposal").
