Reference is made to the announcements dated 28 April 2026, 30 April 2026, 18 May 2026, 21 May 2026, 18 June 2026 and 19 June 2026 ("Earlier Announcements") in relation to the Originating Summons (Ex Parte) filed by Omesti Holdings Berhad (the "Applicant"). The Board of Directors of Ho Hup wishes to announce that the Company had been notified by its solicitors on 17 July 2026 that the High Court has allowed the applications by AmBank (M) Berhad & AmBank Islamic Berhad and Niro Ceramic Sales & Services (M) Sdn Bhd to intervene in the RO Application. The High Court has fixed further case management for the RO Application on 8 September 2026. The Company will make further announcement as and when there are any material developments on the above matter. This announcement is dated 17 July 2026.
