The Board of Directors of AMBEST wishes to announce that Ambest Technology Sdn Bhd ("AT" or "the Purchaser"),  a  wholly-owned subsidiary of AMBEST had on 17 July 2026, entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA" or "the Agreement") with Chuah Boon Hin, Chuah Boon Ong, Khaw Chan Loon, Loo Lee Yong, and Loo Lee Cheng together with Chuah Boon Ong both as the Executor(s) for the Estate of Chuah Boo Bee, deceased (collectively referred to as "the Vendors") to acquire all that piece of land and hereditaments together with a 2 Storey shophouse held under Geran Mukim No. Hakmilik 2043, Lot 10433, Tempat Permatang Damar Laut, Mukim 12, Daerah Barat Daya, Negeri Pulau Pinang measuring approximately 189 square metres (the "Property) for a total cash consideration of RM1,950,000.00 (the "Consideration" or the "Purchase Price") ("the Acquisition").
