We refer to the previous announcements and the circular to shareholders dated 19 June 2026 in relation to the Capital Reduction ("Circular"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Circular shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Company had, on 16 July 2026, via its legal counsel, filed a petition to the High Court of Malaya at Ipoh to obtain an order from the High Court of Malaya confirming the Proposed Capital Reduction pursuant to Section 116 of the Act.
