Reference is made to the retirement of HLB Ler Lum Chew PLT as the External Auditors of Metro at the conclusion of the Sixteenth Annual General Meeting held on 29 June 2026.

The Board of Directors of Metro wishes to announce that UHY Malaysia PLT, having consented to act as the External Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, is appointed as the External Auditors of the Company with effect from 16 July 2026 and will hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
