HHRG Berhad ("HHRG" or "the Company") - Memorandum of Understanding entered into between HHRG and RJJ Hotels Sdn Bhd ("RJJ") concerning grant of right of first refusal to RJJ in relation to the choice of hotel brand for hotel or tourist accommodation to be acquired, built or developed by HHRG and the management of the said hotel or tourist accommodation ("MOU")

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the earlier announcements dated 27 August 2025, 24 November 2025, 23 February 2026 and 17 April 2026 in relation to the MOU ("Announcements").


Further to the Announcements, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that there is no material development pertaining to the MOU between HHRG and RJJ.
