Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 30 April 2019, 8 March 2023 and 26 May 2023 relating to a claim brought against the Company by Ayer Itam Properties Sdn. Bhd. ("AIPSB") (the "Litigation"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings given to them in those announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that the Court of Appeal had on 15 July 2026 dismissed the Company's appeal with costs of RM50,000.00. Following the delivery of the judgment, the Company conferred with its solicitors and, after careful consideration of the Court of Appeal's decision and the legal advice received, resolved to file an application for leave to appeal to the Federal Court. The Company has instructed its solicitors to proceed with the leave application, which is currently being prepared.

Pending the determination of the intended application for leave to appeal to the Federal Court, the Company will continue to assess the legal and financial implications of the matter and will make such further announcements as may be required in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
