Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviation and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement dated 18 September 2025, 1 December 2025 and 15 January 2026.

The Company wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Widad Builders Sdn. Bhd. ("WBSB"), had on 13 July 2026 received a Letter of Demand ("LOD") from Hikmat Duta Sdn. Bhd. ("HDSB").

WBSB is currently engaging in discussions and negotiations with HDSB on a proposed settlement plan with a view to resolving the matter amicably.

The Company will make further announcements on any material developments in relation to the above matter as and when necessary.
