The Board of Directors of JS Solar wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking shareholders' approval for the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate at the forthcoming Second Annual General Meeting of the Company. 

A Circular to Shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be issued to the Company's shareholders in due course. 

TA Securities Holdings Berhad ("TA Securities"), being the Sponsor, was responsible for the admission of JS Solar to the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 23 September 2025. TA Securities assumes no responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
