The Board of Directors of WAVEFRONT wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Renewal Shareholders' Mandate for RRPTs") at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened.

The Circular to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Renewal Shareholders' Mandate for RRPTs will be sent to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
