Reference is made to the announcement made on 17 October 2025 in relation to the conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") entered into between BKHS Capital Sdn Bhd ("BKHS") and Triple-H Auto Parts Sdn Bhd ("TAPSB") ("Announcement").

Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that BKHS and TAPSB have agreed that the Extended Conditional Period of the SPA, which is currently set to expire on 15 July 2026, shall be further extended for an additional three (3) months, commencing from 15 July 2026 and expiring on 15 October 2026 for the fulfilment of the remaining Conditions Precedent pursuant to the terms of the SPA.
