The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Sin-Kung Logistics Berhad ("SKL" or the "Company") wishes to announce that SKL had on 14 July 2026 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Airport Authority Hong Kong ("AAHK") (collectively referred to as the "Parties" and each a "Party") to build a mutually beneficial partnership and furthering collaboration in areas of common interests for continuous enhancement of air connectivity and cargo development.
