Reference is made to the Company's announcement on 22 June 2026 on the received Statutory Demands pursuant to Section 466 of the Companies Act 2016 by PCI ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

The Board wishes to update that PCI is still in discussions and negotiations with the relevant sub-contractors towards resolving the matters with the relevant parties and will continue to engage with the sub-contractors to seek an amicable resolution.

The Company will make further announcements on any material developments arising from the above matter, as and when necessary.
