Reference is made to the announcements made by Gamuda Berhad [Co. Regn. No. 197601003632 (29579-T)] ("Gamuda" or "Company") on: -

• 6 November 2025 on the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") entered into between Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang Sdn Bhd ("PBAPP"), Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak ("PKNPk"), and the Company (collectively, the "Parties") for the supply and sale of treated water from excess raw water.

   

• 15 May 2026 on the extension of the deadline under the MOU for the execution of the Bulk Water Supply Agreement ("BWSA") to 3 July 2026.

   

• 3 July 2026 on the extension of the deadline under the MOU for the execution of the BWSA to 13 July 2026.

The Board of Directors of Gamuda wishes to announce that Gamuda and PKNPk have agreed to PBAPP's request to defer the execution date of the BWSA to a date to be determined.
 

Save for the above extension, all other terms and conditions of the MOU remain unchanged and continue in full force and effect. Gamuda does not expect the extension to have any material impact on the implementation timeline of the project.
 

Gamuda will make the necessary announcement to Bursa Malaysia upon the execution of the BWSA and of any other material developments in relation to the above.
