[This announcement should be read in conjunction with the earlier announcements made on 6 November 2025, 15 May 2026 and 3 July 2026 respectively. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the aforesaid announcements.]

 

The Board of Directors of PBAHB wishes to announce that the deadline for the signing of the definitive Bulk Water Supply Agreement ("BWSA") as contemplated under the Non-Binding MOU has been further extended to a further date to be determined by Parties to allow the Company to complete the remaining internal processes and steps necessary for the execution of the proposed BWSA.

 

The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) in accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad upon the execution of the BWSA or in the event of any material developments arising in relation to the above.
