Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements from year 2020, year 2021, year 2022, year 2023, year 2024, 8 January 2025, 24 April 2025, 16 July 2025, 3 September 2025, 9 October 2025, 16 October 2025, 14 November 2025, 18 December 2025, 21 January 2026, 3 March 2026 and 19 May 2026.

 

The Company wishes to provide the following updates on the court proceedings in relation to the abovesaid matter:

 

(i)       During the continued trial proceedings held on 8 July 2026 and 9 July 2026, the Plaintiff's solicitors completed the Examination-in-Chief of both the Plaintiff's expert witnesses. The trial date on 10 July 2026 was vacated; and

(ii)       The next trial dates have been fixed for 4 August 2026 to 6 August 2026, during which the Defendants' solicitors will conduct the cross-examination of both the Plaintiff's expert witnesses.

 

The Company will make further announcement(s) on the material development of the case in due course.
