The Board of Directors of Kim Teck Cheong Consolidated Berhad ("KTC" or the "Company") wishes to announce that KTC has on 13 July 2026 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Sanjung Etika Sdn. Bhd. ("SESB") to establish a framework for collaboration in relation to the proposed establishment of a joint venture company to undertake a bakery manufacturing business in Kuching, Sarawak ("Proposed Collaboration").
