On behalf of the Board of Directors of Aneka Holdings ("Board"), Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad ("AIS") wishes to announce that Aneka Holdings proposes to undertake the proposed acquisition of 51.00% equity interest in P3 International Sdn Bhd ("Target Company" or "P3 International"), comprising 1,020,000 ordinary shares in P3 International, from Aneka Properties Sdn Bhd ("Vendor" or "Aneka Properties"), for a total cash consideration of RM1,020,000 ("Purchase Consideration") ("Proposed Acquisition").
