Ms. Lee Wei Ling is a finance and corporate management professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, strategic planning and business operations.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2002. Subsequently in 2011, she obtained a Master of Business Administration (Major in Finance) from Open University Malaysia. She has been a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) since 2005. She is also an Accredited Trainer certified by HRD Corp.
She began her career with Deloitte KassimChan/Deloitte & Touche where she spent 4 years gaining extensive experience in financial reporting, auditing, taxation, due diligence and initial public offering (IPO) exercises. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership positions in subsidiaries of public-listed as well as investment holding companies across multiple industries including education, property and semiconductor sectors.
Prior to joining Oxford Innotech Berhad, she served as a Special Project Officer in 2022 in a semiconductor automation company specialising in machine vision and automation solutions. She was subsequently re-designated as the Chief Strategy Officer in 2023, where she led the company's corporate restructuring initiatives while overseeing overall business operations, including Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Project Management.
She has also worked closely with Board of Directors, investors, financial institutions, auditors, regulators and other key stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and long-term value creation. |
