Reference is made to IRIS Corporation Berhad ("ICB")'s earlier announcements dated 8 December 2023, 12 December 2023 and 9 September 2025, and IRIS Group Berhad ("Company")'s earlier announcement dated 25 May 2026, 3 June 2026 and 24 June 2026 in relation to the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim. Unless otherwise defined, the terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the earlier announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that, during the case management held on 9 July 2026, the High Court fixed IITS' application for a stay of execution and enforcement of the judgment entered against IITS on 25 May 2026 pending the disposal of the appeal ("Stay Application") for hearing on 24 September 2026.

In the Stay Application, IITS had also applied for an ad interim stay of execution and enforcement of the judgment pending the full and final disposal of the Stay Application. The High Court has fixed a case management on 22 July 2026 for parties to address the ad interim stay application.

The Company will announce the development of the matter accordingly.
