Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 8 July 2026 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the material date of valuation of the Land was 6 July 2026, and the market value of the Land was determined by Henry Butcher Malaysia Sdn Bhd using Income Approach by Residual Method and Comparison Approach, in accordance with the Securities Commission Malaysia's Asset Valuation Guidelines and the Malaysian Valuation Standards.
