The Board of Directors of GFM Services Berhad ("GFM") is pleased to announce that HIMS Integrated Services Sdn Bhd ("HIMS"), an indirect subsidiary of GFM, had on 6 July 2026, received 2 release orders from Pengerang Petrochemical Company Sdn Bhd ("PPC") and Pengerang Refining Company Sdn Bhd ("PRC") for the provision of manpower, tools, equipment, materials, consumables and other services to execute mechanical work on static equipment (including piping and structural) as part of maintenance work, turnarounds and shutdowns in process plants with an aggregate estimated value of RM148,216,233 (collectively, the "ROs").
