On behalf of the Board of Directors of TDM ("Board"), RHB Investment Bank Berhad ("RHB Investment Bank") wishes to announce that KLLT, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TDM, had on 9 July 2026 entered into the following agreements with PMINT:

(i) Kemaman Lands Second Supplemental Lease Agreement (as defined in the attachment);

(ii) Setiu Supplemental Lease Agreement (as defined in the attachment); and

(iii) Hulu Terengganu Supplemental Lease Agreement (as defined in the attachment);

in relation to the revision of the rental rates for the respective lease agreements.

(collectively referred to as "Rental Revision");

Further details of the Rental Revision are set out in the attachment to this announcement.
