Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 19 May 2026 and 8 June 2026 in relation to the Settlement Agreement ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 The Board of the Company wishes to announce that, after due deliberation, the Board had on 25 June 2026 decided on the commencement of legal proceedings in respect of the winding-up petition ("Petition"). The Company's appointed solicitors have been instructed to proceed with the necessary preparation and actions required for the filing of the Petition with the relevant court.
