Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 9 July 2026, resolved to approve the 2nd EOT Application (i.e. from 25 July 2026 to 24 January 2027) for Revenue to implement and complete the Rights Issue with Warrants.
