The Board of Directors of PTT wishes to announce that PTT Assets Sdn. Bhd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of PTT, had on 9 July 2026 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with WDG Resources Sdn. Bhd. for the disposal of all the piece of a freehold land held under H.S.(D) 165675, PT 84377, Mukim Kapar, Daerah Klang, Negeri Selangor, measuring approximately 4,987 square metres with a unit of double storey detached factory with a gross built-up area of approximately 20,197 square feet erected thereon bearing the postal address of 18, Jalan Inai 2D/KU05, Bandar Bukit Raja, 41050, Selangor for a total cash consideration of RM17.0 million only.
