Pursuant to Rule 8.25(2)(e) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by the Company's wholly-owned subisdiary, ORIC Capital Sdn Bhd (Formerly known as HHRG Capital Sdn. Bhd.), a moneylending company, pursuant to its ordinary course of business for the quarter ended 30 June 2026.
