The Board of Directors ("Board") of BIMOffice Group Berhad ("BIMOffice" or the "Company") wishes to announce that BIM Office Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 6 July 2026 accepted and executed a Letter of Appointment ("LOA") dated 26 June 2026 for the supply of Building Information Modelling ("BIM") Consultancy Services to the Main Contractor in relation to the proposed construction of a data centre (Package 1) in Puncak Alam, Selangor ("Project"). The contract value for the Consultancy Services is approximately RM0.92 million (exclusive of SST).

The scope of services under the LOA comprises the provision of BIM consultancy services for the Project. The appointment shall commence in the third quarter of 2026 and is expected to be completed within 6 months, subject to any extension as may be instructed by the Main Contractor.

The Board is of the view that the LOA is in the best interest of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the "Group") and is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the Group for the financial year ending 30 September 2026.

The Board does not foresee any exceptional risks other than the normal operational and execution risks associated with the LOA. Nevertheless, the Company will continue to exercise due care and take appropriate measures to mitigate the risks associated with the execution of the LOA.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the LOA. Based on information available to the Company, the LOA does not constitute a related party transaction.
