In accordance with Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Bursa Securities Main Market Listing Requirements ("Listing Requirements"), the Board of Directors of Berjaya Corporation Berhad ("BCorp") wishes to announce the moneylending activities (which forms part of the ordinary course of business) of its subsidiary, Berjaya IPS Credits Sdn Bhd (f.k.a Inter-Pacific Credits Sdn Bhd) for the financial year ended 30 June 2026 as per Table 1 attached.

2) Prime Credit Leasing Berhad

In accordance with Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Bursa Securities Main Market Listing Requirements ("Listing Requirements"), the Board of Directors of Berjaya Corporation Berhad ("BCorp") wishes to announce the moneylending activities (which forms part of the ordinary course of business) of its subsidiary, Prime Credit Leasing Berhad for the financial year ended 30 June 2026 as per Table 2 attached.
