TRANSACTIONS (CHAPTER 10 OF LISTING REQUIREMENTS) : NON RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS HEKTAR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST ("HEKTAR REIT') PROPOSED ACQUISITION AND LEASE BY MTRUSTEE BERHAD, ON BEHALF OF HEKTAR REIT, A PARCEL OF LEASEHOLD LAND HELD UNDER A PN 5908, LOT 14840, MUKIM 12, DISTRICT OF BARAT DAYA, STATE OF PULAU PINANG MEASURING APPROXIMATELY 7,657 SQUARE METERS IN AREA ON WHICH THE FACTORY BUILDINGS FOR INDUSTRIAL, WAREHOUSING AND OFFICE SPACE PURPOSES ARE CONSTRUCTED THEREON FROM MICROLEAD PRECISION TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD

HEKTAR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST

The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the Proposed Acquisition & Lease.

Further to the announcement dated 19 February 2025, the Board of Directors of Hektar Asset Management Sdn Bhd, being the management company of Hektar REIT, wishes to announce that following the fulfilment of the Conditions Precedent by the parties to the SPA, as well as the satisfaction of the Purchase Consideration, the completion of the Acquisition and Lease of the Subject Property shall accordingly be deemed to have taken place on 8 July 2026.

Accordingly, the acquisition and lease of the Subject Property have been successfully completed.
