We refer to the announcements dated 6 March 2025, 5 May 2025, 12 December 2025, 16 December 2025, 31 December 2025, 20 January 2026, 29 January 2026, 31 March 2026, 6 April 2026, 7 April 2026, 14 May 2026, 26 May 2026, 22 June 2026 and 3 July 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.


On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the SC has vide its letter dated 7 July 2026 resolved to grant an extension of time of up to 18 January 2027 for EURO to complete the implementation of the Acquisition and Rights Issue to which the Exemption 1 and Exemption 3 relate.
