The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Propel Engineering Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Propel Oilfield Services Sdn Bhd, a 49.0%-owned subsidiary of PGB, which in turn is a sub-subsidiary of the Company, has on 7 July 2026 entered into the agreements with Flint Masters Sdn Bhd and Chocofac (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd respectively for the disposal of two (2) properties in Bandar Baru Bangi ("Proposed Disposal").
