Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this Announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the Company's Announcements dated 3 July 2026 (Reference Number: GA1-03072026-00051) in relation to the Termination of Joint Venture and Shareholders' Agreement between NOVAMSC and Theta Edge Berhad.

The Board of Directors wishes to clarify that the NOVA and THETA have mutually agreed to terminate the JV Agreement following a strategic review. The joint venture has not commenced any material business operations and the intended commercial objectives have not materialized. Accordingly, NOVA and THETA have agreed to discontinue the collaboration.
