The Board of Directors of JTGB wishes to announce that Jati Tinggi Holding Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 200301020328 (622748-W)) ("JTHSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, together with MFB Geotech Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 201801034506 (1296533-A)) ("MGSB"), via an unincorporated joint venture,  received a letter of acceptance ("LOA") dated 2 July 2026 issued by TRMSB for a tender submitted to perform contract works for the "LIFE EXTENSION PROGRAM OF SUNGAI PERAK HYDROELECTRIC STATIONS PACKAGE 1 - TEMENGOR, BERSIA AND KENERING DAM SAFETY ENHANCEMENT WORKS" ("Contract") ("Works"). For the avoidance of doubt, both JTHSB and MGSB have agreed to collaborate and work together via an unincorporated joint venture for the Contract.
