We refer to our announcement dated 13 January 2026 in relation to the application for striking off pursuant to Section 550 of the Companies Act 2016 by the following indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of Sunway, to the Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM"):

(a) Sunway Global Learning Sdn Bhd ("SGLSB");

(b) Sunway Leisure Park Sdn Bhd ("SLPSB"); and

(c) Sunway Riverside Sdn Bhd ("SRSB").

Based on the information published by the CCM via its portal on 3 July 2026, Sunway wishes to announce that SGLSB, SLPSB and SRSB have been struck off from the Register and dissolved following the publication of the notice of striking off pursuant to Section 551(3) of the Companies Act 2016 in the Gazette on 29 June 2026.

Consequently, SGLSB, SLPSB and SRSB have ceased to be subsidiaries of Sunway.
