-OFFER AND GRANT OF OPTIONS UNDER EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME OF THE COMPANY
Pursuant to Rule 9.19(51) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that the following offer of options has been made on 3 July 2026 to the eligible persons to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company ("Options") under the Employees' Share Option Scheme of the Company ("ESOS").
