The Board has on 3 July 2026 approved the Company's financial year-end change to 31 August 2026 to facilitate the appointment of a new external auditor and ensure the smooth conduct of the Group's business operations and financial reporting. The next audited financial statements will be made up from 1 October 2024 to 31 August 2026 (23 months) and shall end on 31 August subsequently. The Companies Commission of Malaysia has approved an extension to 31 January 2027 to hold the 12th AGM.
